We get in touch with guests to prepare for their stay and send them the useful information. Access to the property, arrival arrangements, particular needs: we smooth the first exchanges so that they can look forward to their stay with complete peace of mind.

Depending on the services agreed, we also see to preparing the home and warming it up.

Guests can be welcomed in person or check in independently with our support, depending on the property and the arrangements chosen.

We help guests settle in: access, how the equipment works, house rules and practical information. A welcome booklet can complement this support, so they can easily find useful details throughout their stay.

A question about equipment, practical information or an unexpected issue in the home: our team is a local point of contact for guests.

We help them with day-to-day needs and, where necessary, coordinate an appropriate intervention in liaison with the owner.

Additional services, such as mid-stay cleaning, a change of linen or baby equipment, can be arranged on request and subject to availability.

We organise departure arrangements and the return of keys and access according to how the property works.

An inspection allows us to note any issues or damage and pass the relevant information on to the owner. This follow-up helps prepare for what comes next in the best conditions.
